Coquina Sands
Coquina Sands is a cornerstone of Naples’ coastal history, taking shape in 1954 on land that formed the northernmost section of the city’s original 1887 plat. Laid out with sweeping boulevards and winding streets named for shells and tropical blooms, it was one of the first neighborhoods to bring homes closer to the shoreline, introducing a mix of coastal cottages, mid-century architecture, and, over time, striking multi-million-dollar custom estates. Today, roughly 230 single-family homes and 660 condominium residences sit beneath a canopy of banyans and palms, many within walking distance of the sand. At its western edge, residents step directly onto Lowdermilk Park, Naples’ public beach access point, with volleyball courts, shaded picnic areas, and postcard-perfect coastline that stretches for miles. Just beyond, the neighborhood’s position offers quick access to downtown’s 5th Avenue South, Venetian Bay, and an emerging landmark, the 125-acre Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort and residential community with world-class luxury accommodations, Gulf-front dining, and a reimagined Tom Fazio golf course. Coquina Sands balances its early roots with a prime location that places the best of Naples’ past, present, and future at your doorstep. This content is currently unavailable.
